Our help desk team is at your service when you need them most. We offer remote assistance and on-site visits, utilizing resources such as our advanced ticketing system and customer knowledge base to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

When you call Ethixa, our friendly, experienced technicians will open a ticket and gather the information needed to begin troubleshooting the issue. Customers on a managed services plan (such as the Watchman) with Ethixa will have most issues quickly resolved through remote desktop support, although we are available for on-site visits any time it is required.
