The Watchman is offered in two different packages:

Our comprehensive offering, the Watchman Total Care is applied to all assets and offers the lowest per asset costs, lowest site fees, and the lowest hourly labor rate.
Watchman Select
For some environments, a more selective approach may be desired. The Watchman Select allows our clients to choose which assets to add to the plan.

Watchman Total Care

Supporting your entire environment allows us to be more effectively and efficiently manage your IT infrastructure, providing for reduced overall costs.
Watchman Select
For some environments, a more selective approach may be desired. The Watchman Select allows our clients to choose which assets to add to the plan. The per asset costs, site fees, and hourly rate are a bit higher, but the level of support provided to the select assets is the same. Ethixa will provide support for assets not selected, although they will not be monitored and labor will be billed at Ethixa’s standard rates.
